This is an amazing hotel and since I will need to visit Madrid often, will be my hotel of choice. Very functional kitchen, 2 minute walk from the grocery store, 10/10 for cleanliness, and fabulous and responsive staff.

Great stay. Lovely apartment and clean. Would have been nice to have a washing machine as it mentioned laundry included but luckily we only stayed a few nights. Great transportation links to the centre just be mindful it can be quiet on some of the surrounding streets at night.

Roomy great for price short walk to train

Esculent location for the price, wish it was a bit closer to downtown, the train is close a short walk, it’s not is a very good barrio. Wish they had more coffee and room service, we needed a blanket and couldn’t get one. Communication a bit slow. For the most part this apartment is good for the size and price.

We received multiple messages regarding our arrival and how we should proceed with a late check in. Overall a very nice apartment. A few construction issues - a door jam falling off. Smell from the shower drain. But really a very comfortable stay.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews if I don’t like a hotel but I felt I should to help others if they are considering here. I do not recommend this place for a few reasons. One was the communication with checking in and getting my key access. I was on the phone with the staff for 1 hour and spoke to 3 people, no one could figure out how to send me key access. Then when they did, they told me the numbers to enter via a phone call instead of emailing me written instructions. It was very confusing and no one mentioned you need to get a key from a lockbox. It was a very stressful experience as I spent hours trying to message them on WhatsApp and email and no one replied during the day to get the check in info.. so I had to call them multiple times. Then when we got to the room, the shower was covered in mold. The walls in the place were all marked as well. It did not feel clean and I would not stay here again.

Good apartments

Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good.

O espaço é lindo

É muitoooo lindo o espaço, mais bonito que nas fotos, é super espaçoso, enorme, tranquilo. Fica bem distante do centro, mas quando aluguei já sabia. É uma área industrial, com muitas fábricas, containers e caminhões. Tem estacionamento na rua, mas todos os dias de manhã ou de noite não tinham vagas livres. Pagamos o estacionamento da propriedade (já saibam que precisa falar antes com eles porque precisa de um app para se cadastrar abrir e fechar). Tem o nome hotel mas a recepcionista só fica lá de 9 às 14. Depois tudo é resolvido apenas pelo whats. Se for chegar depois de 23h não indico alugar. Na região próxima tudo fecha cedo e fica um deserto.
