Only what was good was location . For shopping, eating excellent. But like hotel for us very cheap. Breakfast horrible, they don’t have normal coffe mashine. No pancakes, or something for kids! Gluten-free option 0. We had big studio but!bathroom very poor.

Room temperature was musty had to call constantly to get the air going only to find out the last day the room ac has a sensor that knows when you’re in the or out of the room to turn off or on. Restaurants closed early and no room service after 11pm. Over all it was convenient to stay here very centric but the hotel itself was alright considering it’s “known for Cristiano Ronaldo” could’ve been better

The best of this hotel is its location and that it is clean. Unfortunately there is too much traffic to take the elevators (I had to wait like 10min more than once), mainly beacuse of the rooftop. But the worse part is the AC system they have with sensors, when you go out of the room it turns off sutomatically, and when you get back in it goes on again but it takes 45 min to start cooling; evertime i´d come bakc i´d be sweating so much in the room, I had to keep the room´s door to open to get the room to a better temperature because the hallways were cooler.

I would not recommend this hotel at all; the only 2 good things are the location and that it is clean. The AC has a sensor which only works when yopu are in the room, so when you come back it is so hot and it takes forever to cool, I was literally sweating every time I would come back to the room until 45-50 minutos after that it starts to cool. Tha eleveator is a problem, it takes forever when you call, mainly beacuse there is a rooftop and there is a lot of traffic (there should be an elevator exclusive for guests). Also there is a foreign guy at the main door who is very rude.

The hotel is located right on Gran Via, a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. But… the hotel room was old and the fittings were tired. My bathroom had not been cleaned well and smelled like a public washroom. The shower walls were also dirty and grimy, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room had very poor sound insulation, and I could hear everything my neighbour did (including in the bathroom). Then, at 1:00 a.m. the emergency alarm went off and an announcement was made that we had to evacuate. When I went down to reception a few minutes later, we were told it was a false alarm. If it was a false alarm, why make the announcement to evacuate? I appreciate that alarms are beyond the control of the hotel, but cleanliness and upkeep are definitely within their control and a very basic thing to expect. They failed there.

We loved our stay at the Pestana Cr7 in Gran via. Everything was at walkable distance and the staff was very kind and welcoming! Room’s were clean and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of variety to Choose from. Would definitely recommend and stay here when I come back to Madrid.

Bonito hotel, recomendado, el staff excelente, personal muy amable y profesional; pero no me gustó que a pesar de ser un hotel caro: nunca nos arreglaron la regadera que estaba goteando, el asiento del retrete se movía y estaba flojo tampoco lo arreglaron y la alfombras del cuarto y el ascensor algo sucias por todo lo demás excelente hotel buena locación y fácil acceso al servicio público y shopping center.

The one word to describe this visit is "Disappointing" I have always spoken very highly of this hotel but the standards are slipping. No consistency with Housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry. To top it all when I was asked on departure how was my stay - I replied disappointed The receptionist laughed - Not use this hotel again

Located in the heart of the city, very convenient. Wonderful staff all the way around, from the front desk, doormen and the restaurant staff. Breakfast was mediocre, but solid. My only complaint was the smell from the toilets...Obviously not plumbed correctly-the rooms smelled like sewage if you kept the bathroom door open. Wouldn't stay here for that reason alone-we had two rooms for my family, both had the same issue. Unacceptable.
