Great location in the middle of the old city. Luckily good sound barriers since this is the busiest and noisest part of town, and I mean all night. Lovely room with the only complaint being poor air circulation so was way too hot .

It is a great location and a super comfortable hotel to walk around the main streets of Madrid. I highly recommend for low-budget trips. The room was neat and clean, the amenities worked just fine. The staff even lent me a European adapter to charge my phone. The rooms are a little rough around the edges, but overall, they are pretty good.

Wonderful location in the historic center. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful when we were trying to make train reservations. Rooms were updated but small. Very nice bathroom and AC!
