Rooms were clean, spent 4 nights there and no cleaning services were provided despite following instructions of placing sign on door. Room wasn’t facing the street as in the picture, no natural light. The restaurant was great and the staff were amazing, Gabi and Juan are the best!!!

The room was a good condition, although the lack of windows with sunlight took us aback. The level of cleanliness was impeccable. The shower, however, had a critical flaw: the floor flooded every time we took a shower. The kitchen was also faulty, so we had to change rooms. The shower in the other room was also defective. The personnel is kind and attentive. The location is good, but definitely overwhelming with tourists.

This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest. The lobby is quite small and can feel a bit crowded at times, and the sofa bed did not smell amazing. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of Madrid!

We had a great time, the hotel is very well located. the staff was very cordial and helpful, and the apartment was as advertised. The place was clean, and it was well equipped. The surroundings were a bit noisy but nothing too grave.

Lovely 1 bed apartment for 10 days, immaculate, clean and great service from the friendly reception desk. Right next to Callao station and central to everywhere. Only criticism was we thought the sky bar would be open all day for guests to use and chill and read and somewhere to escape to. Other than that, it was a fantastic place!

We had a great stay. The location was very convenient to all the sights. The apartment was spectacular - clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! Silvia was an amazing host. She was prompt, courteous, kind and professional. She made our stay very pleasant.
