Easy check-in, parking nearby and great location ! The property was well maintained and provided a wonderful experience for a weekend stay. We booked a one bedroom suite that was spacious, well appointed, meticously clean and with modern amenities. Recommend this hotel. Location fantastic. Very clean. The only issue we had was the couch bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep on. Otherwise highly recommend and would definitely return.

The hotel has a great location on Gran Via, central and close to great restaurants and shopping as well as public transportation. We liked the contemporary rooms as well, although the rooms show aging (loose fixtures etc.). But they are clean and staff is nice. Would come back.

This property was perfectly located for our first trip to Madrid - central to lots of sightseeing locations, and near the metro for when we needed to go further afield. Two things that could be improved: it wasn’t clear that daily maid service was an additional charge (this wasn’t a huge problem, we were just confused,) and my son said that the fold-out mattress on the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was a fabulous option for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa which had been prepared for us. The only thing missing was a blanket. There are no blankets of the bed. Just a sheet. So we had to take the ones from the closet but there were only 2 and we needed 3. Maybe we could have called for 1 more but we were so tired from our travels we didn’t try. Would stay there again for sure.

Highly recommended for good location of the property, which is very central to most of the touristy and shopping areas. Very helpful staff. Looks like newly renovated room and amenities better than the average hotel or airbnb. I would go back to stay here the next time we are visiting Madrid.

Clean rooms, good bed and excellent shower. We had the deluxe suite with a living area but no kitchenette. It gave us plenty of extra space as the bedroom was small with limited storage. There was also a small fridge, which was handy. Great location, easy walk to all the sights and close to the Malasana neighborhood with good food and bars.

Had a good stay but people should know there is no service at this hotel. There is one person in a booth checking people in and that’s the extent of the staff. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable but dark (not like the photos). Location was excellent.
