"The check-in process was smooth and they helped us with getting a taxi to the airport for our very early flight when we left. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only negative would be that at certain times of the day there may be long wait times for the elevators. "

"Very centric girl, right across from Plaza de España. The hotel is very neat and clean rooms well equipped. Nice view from the room. Sky Deck in the 27th floor has 360 views. Restaurant in the 26th is ok. Swimming pool in the 25 is small. I will recommend this hotel."
