The view from the hot spring bath was breathtaking!! The service was extraordinary. Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were great!! The staff members were amiable. I recommend staying at this hotel. 💕💕

満足しました。

やや昔ながらの温泉旅館という感じですが、お風呂も良く、食事も満足できるものでした。 高台にあるので眺望も抜群です。朝風呂を浴びながら朝日を見ることが出来ました。 空調の調整が細かくできないのがちょっと難点です。（冬とかコタツがあるとうれしいな）

晴れの日には露天からの景色は最高だと思います。

対応は申し分無く快適な宿泊が出来ました。 温泉のお湯がもう少し熱くても良いかなって気がしました。 脱衣所に貴重品入れもあり安心して入浴出来ました。 料理も美味しかったです。

温泉街が閑散としている。

喫煙の部屋で匂いとほこりが浮遊していて、アレルギーの症状が数分で出ました。 マスクしてないと居られなかった。 部屋は広くお風呂も素敵だったが、素泊まりで当日予約にしたため食事が出来ない状態でした。 近くの店は射的しか営業してなくて、コンビニもなく、ホテルにラーメンしかないと言われ夕方も朝もたべれませんでした。 素泊まりプランはご注意ください。 朝だけでも現金で食べたかったです。

お部屋も広く眺めも良く、突然の訪問でしたがとても良かったです。1つの露天風呂が修理中だったのは少し残念でしたが、このコロナの時で大変だと思いますので、皆さん頑張って欲しいと思います。

Very nice Japanese style hotel with onsen

Shin Ki is in very good and comfortable condition for an older establishment. Our room was spotless with fresh tatami and excellent block-out shutters. Free wi-fi in all rooms and all Tokyo TV channels are available. The onsens are huge with spacious dry floor changing areas that include various foot massage machines and a massage chair. The service was excellent.

性價比不錯的好飯店

感覺是間有些歷史的溫泉飯店,但是溫泉設施挺新的,房間也很舒適～早餐是單間的會席料理,份量十足～ 服務人員也很親切～地點雖然不是在主要緊點旁邊但是走路也不太遠,只體來說是間預算不用太高依然很值得一住的好飯店！

文句なし！

チェックインの時にお茶とお菓子をいただき、これぞ日本のおもてなしという感じでした。部屋からの景色も良く、広々していて快適でした。朝食もおいしくいただきました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、安心して遊びに行くことができました。また機会があったらここを選びたいと思います。

家族8人で行きました。お食事は個室を用意頂いたので、幼児がいても周りを気にすることなく、ゆっくりとお食事を頂けました。子供の誕生日サプライズケーキをお願いしましたが、タイミングを図って暗転させてサプライズ大成功でした。スタッフの方の対応がとても良心的で良かったです。 温泉も4種類あって、とても楽しめました。

お世話になりました。

思い付きの温泉旅行でしたが、とても良かったです。あいにくの雨でしたが、受付対応、温泉、お料理良かったです。朝一番で温泉に行きましたが、脱衣場に虫が多かったのが残念でした。

懐かしい伊香保

富岡製紙場に、行って見たかったので地理的に知覚宿泊しました。伊香保は40年前に来たことがあります。その当時と比べ廃虚となったホテル、旅館が多く見受けられましたが、平日に行った事でゆったりと温泉につかることが出来ました。

チェックインの際はとても感じ良くで迎えていただきました。 お部屋は年数を感じる作りでしたが綺麗に掃除されていました。 露天風呂がショボくてがっかりでした。 エアコンの調節が大まかにしか出来なかったのと、就寝した時に外からの何かモーターらしき物の音が気になり眠りが浅かった様に思います。実際就寝時と同じ状態で聞いて貰いたいです。 夕飯は頼んでなかったので分かりませんが、朝食のご飯が柔らかすぎて食べれませんでした。 チェックアウトの際、担当の団体さんを待っていたのか、私たちが荷物を持って出て行く時、中居さんがこちらを見ていたのに何のリアクションもありませんでした。 お安い料金なので、どこぞの高級旅館の、中居さん全員かな？と思える程のお見送りなどは期待しませんが、ちょっと気になりました。 次に伊香保へ行く時には他の所にします。

大満足！

近くの観光街が定休日等であまり楽しめず、素泊まりだったので急遽夕食を頼みましたが、とても対応良く、季節のものから桑の葉を使った創作料理がとても美味しかったので、次回からは夕食絶対頼みます！ 早朝の露天風呂からの日の出にも感動！ 夕食後に部屋に冷たい薬膳茶がポットで提供され、お風呂の度に頂けてとても良かったです！
