"Special kudos to Talita and Francisco. They are wonderful hosts. Talita specifically came in at the time of check-in, assisted us, answered all questions and showed us around. She and her husband were readily available and attended to power issue (circuit tripped). Most importantly, Talita has lot of integrity- helped one of our friend to locate the passport after we left, packaged it and left at another hotel in Lisbon as we went to visit Porto. "This is a nice little hotel, with a beautiful view. The best of all was the friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk. Breakfast can definitely be improved. The pool is tiny. Basic- good enough for staying."

"Ideally located, closed to the small shops and the town center, as well as proximity to the main beaches. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only criticism - On my second day, the housekeeper(s) who cleaned the room when i stepped away used so much cleaning product on the floor that it was still slippery when I came back to my room—both in the shower and the main area. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend."

"We were blown away by this property on arrival. It exceeded our expectations. Fabulous original decoration, very clean and everything you could need. Staff were all friendly and the breakfasts were excellent (we especially appreciated the pack up breakfast in our last day). Our large balcony was very appreciated and the central location was ideal. Some areas need some care especially the rooftop - it would have been lovely to sit up there for the views but it wasn’t very appealing or clean. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely use this hotel again."
