"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great place to cool off. We would have liked to dine at Collins Restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed, with only the Collins Bar being open. We also wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but this was closed as well. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted by reception. On our last night, we had to move to another room in order to get a comfortable night's sleep. We're not sure if there was some refurbishment work taking place, although the staff told us there wasn't."

"Our stay here was such a great and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location and the views are just stunning.. The resort is about a 10 minute walk to the lower part of Montepulicano. From the resort, there are amazing views of the top of Montepulciano, and the valley below. The room was very clean with all of the amenities that are expected. We spent time at the pool, which was very relaxing and refreshing. The staff serve food and drinks out to the pool. We also had the breakfast included in our stay. There are hot and cold options with the breakfast, including eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruit and veggies, and juices and fresh made coffee to order. To sum it up, our stay here was perfect. Thank you Nuovo Etruria for making our vacation truly relaxing and memorable."

"Great staff, restaurant was excellent and well priced. Peaceful setting, nice pool, not inexpensive but a super nice experience. Wines were really good too. The manager and the team were top notch. About 10 mins to Montepulciano, andplenty of places to explore nearby. recommend!"

"In regards to the actual location of the hotel, it was excellent. However, there were some issues regarding the room location in the hotel itself. We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."
