"Great and beautiful room. This is my second time staying here. The building is such an original old school home converted into private room rentals. Each time have been easy checkin with the EasyPass app, but also walking distance and so close to everything you want to see in Appalachiacola town. Highly recommend this lovely, and quaint place."

"The Gibson Inn is one of my favorite hotels in all of Florida, if not the Southeastern USA. You just can’t beat old world charm and they just keep making the place better and better with improvements that don’t take away from its historical beauty. We were there this past summer, and upon coming back this week, they’ve put in a swimming pool! Parking has been improved and they’re adding a second restaurant. As usual, you get a great night’s sleep because of how quiet and peaceful Apalachicola is, plus the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are beautiful as usual. I wish I had gotten in earlier so I could’ve had dinner and a drink at the bar, it’s always good. The only thing I do miss is that they switched over to plastic electric room cards like every other hotel…I miss the old keys! Thanks again for another great stay. Be back soon. "
