"great location and love the central pool. had a great stay, the only issue was a inconvenience with the auto pay system. it auto drafted an additional $200 from my account even though i booked and paid online through hotels.com. talked to the manager and he assured me it would correct itself in a few day, and it did. management was super friendly and very helpful. would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. Also didn"t realize certain perks were included with our room rate, including pool towels and two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. Breakfast was pretty good..the usual continental breakfast. There was a main water break that impacted the water for all beachfront properties for a couple hours but the front desk was helpful during that time by supplying water bottles. Parking was pretty convenient and right across the street in a parking garage."
