Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*

my stay started with along line that workers kept taking me out of cause they’re workers weren’t on the same page about the check in process. i spent my whole day just trying to check in. when i did my hotel was moist and i had asthma. the A/C was not working i tried calling the front desk multiple times they weren’t answering. i went back stood in another long line again and then they switched my room. the room look smaller than the pictures.

"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest." ..."
