"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."

"What I didn't like is dishonesty. I drank two beers 175 rupees each) from the mini bar. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday. During check out I mentioned it and asked to pay. The staff printed a statement that read 3 beers. I complained and they kept saying I drank 3 beers. My wife confirmed I only drank two. My Uber was waiting so I paid in cash 2 beers (beer service fee taxes = 225 rupees each). I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they wanted to charge me extra by adding one more...
