This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. First, the staff were amazing - incredibly helpful, accommodating, and respectful. I truly felt like a VIP guest the whole stay. Second, the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection. Third, the room was very clean and was enough space for the two of us. And lastly, location was phenomenal - super close to everything you could want within Hanoi. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel! Highly recommended!

호텔 위치나 전반적 직원들의 친절도 및 청결함은 만족스러웠음. 다만 이 호텔의 가장 단점은 그 나라 관광객들이 꽤 옴....가족단위 관광객들도 많음. 그래서 진짜 애들이 뛰어다니고...꽥꽥거리고... 그 나라 관광객들은 특히 문도 쾅쾅 목소리도 크고 최악이었음...ㅠ 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 서양인들은 다 조용하고 좋은데 중동쪽 가족단위나 그 나라 관광객 가족단위들은 시끄럽고....어쨌든 덕분에 방을 두번이나 바꿈..ㅎ

Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not the 5-star cruise that was advertised. Our cabin had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room and made us feel nauseous. Even staff members who came to inspect the room had to cover their noses. We requested a room change immediately but were told there were no other rooms. staff lit scented candles, blocked the drains, and turned on an ozone machine inside the enclosed cabin. ozone machines are unsafe to use while occupied, which was extremely concerning. the smell remained throughout the stay and was still very strong and nauseating the next morning. There were also ants in the cabin, further reinforcing the poor hygiene standards. The food was also quite mid and nowhere near what you would expect from a luxury cruise experience. To make matters worse, the company switched us to a completely different cruise only one day before departure. We booked the original cruise specifically for its traditional Vietnamese aesthetic and panoramic room design, but the replacement felt inferior and completely different from what was advertised. When we requested even a partial refund due to how severely the experience was impacted, they offered only around AUD $120, which felt insulting given the seriousness of the issues and the price paid.we rejected the refund We do NOT recommend this stay
