The hotel phone in my room had no wires to connect the phone. We had no phone and if any emergency, thank god I had my cell phone. Then we had no towels and the staff asked me to “bring down the dirty towels for them to wash”. Unbelievable. This happened twice with (no clean towels).

Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway.

I had an oceanfront suite and the views were beautiful. Everything was clean and it had everything I needed in the room if I decided to cook.. I believe that the cost was very reasonable and I am very satisfied as I had a 12th floor suite.

The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were the best amenities, as were the lovely trails for walking and biking. The full kitchen was very handy, as we could fix snacks and breakfast in the unit. The bed was very comfortable!
