"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. "Our stay at the hotel was great. It's very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient. The only drawback during our stay was that the internet/wi-fi signal in our room was extremely weak (room 211), like barely no signal. We complained at the reception during the checkout the next day and they promised to send a technician to check. Also, it's not very easy to find where the shuttle stops - easiest way is to follow the P29 - Airport Clinical signs when you exit from Terminal 1 - A0 exit. Strongly recommend the hotel even you stay longer than a day and want to enjoy Frankfurt or want to go for day trips."

"Professional type hotel, but don't expect a Martini. There was no wifi in the room, just in lobby. Couldn't find TV remote. Took a chamomile tea from lobby at 3:00am and was scolded by night personnel. There was no sign. Otherwise excellant room and great breakfast. Place caters to conventions. Excellant gym/sauna. Excellant location near old town and Main river. Hoechst is cute. Enjoyed waterfront and old square with restaurants. Nice waterfront parks, Main river experience."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The staff are Great and we always love the full breakfasts. We like to take some time to visit the sauna as well. Our go to when we are in the Frankfurt area. Parking might be an issue but free – do not park under the trees or your car will be unrecognizable."

"This is a business hotel in Eschborn. It is not in Frankfurt and if your main reason for visit is the city, you are quite a way out. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are small but are good if you are there for sleep. Having said this, the bed was not the most comfortable I've used. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was more than I expected and Yelena was always there with a smile. The bar is cozy with a good variety of beverages. Thanks to Sofiia for the care. The front desk was very helpful and available. Large parking garage, with a fee but that is OK (Euro 90 for 4 nights). I was on the sixth floor and I understand that there are larger rooms lower down. The area is not one for night life but there are restaurants nearby. There is a Rewe supermarket a few blocks away. All in all, a good experience."
