There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut.
The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher.
The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful.

"We had a wonderful stay at MONDI in Grundlsee. The scenery cannot be beat. The hotel grounds are clean and well kept, though no AC in the room so it does get a bit hot in the summer. We’d still come back!"
"No water in the room and no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. They only have single beds and no double. Strangest thing is the toilet has no sink- very unhygienic- you have to go to the shower room which is separate to wash hands at the sink. "
"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it.
The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"

I went onto Garmish and within seconds i felt welcome, every member of the team smiling and being really welcoming and happy to help and offer advice. I didn't feel this at this hotel.
