"The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were huge, the entertainment guys tried there best to get everyone involved, especially ameel, sorry if spelt wrong, the bar staff were great, the highlight of our holiday was the lifeguard Hassan, from the moment we arrived he took an interest and advised us where to sit etc, he helped me when I was ill and prepared a vip area for my wife on her birthday, he also helped my daughter to learn how to swim and showed my son how to swim a lot better, every day he greeted us with a smile and we looked forward to seeing him"

The food could be improved in terms of quality, but there is a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant.
