"Check in was pretty poor and the most unwelcoming I have ever had. Both my husband and adult daughter commented on the stone faced, unsmiling service by Kim. We truly felt like an imposition. Beds were very comfortable, pillows very flat. Even though we were on the 9th floor, there was lots of street noise from below, both from cars and people. It is situated on a main road. Went for a few drinks at the bar, the bar lady was smiling and friendly - maybe she should be at the check in counter?"

"I really didn't appreciate going up 3 floors from where I was staying to get ice because machines weren’t working, hot tube was not even hot, we also saw a bed bug by our beds and not being told that “public parking” is actually outside street parking where you have to go circles looking for a spot. Other then that I did enjoy the complementary breakfast."

"We had an overnight stay in between cruises. Having got of a ship early in the morning we arrived prior to advertised check in time but were given a room as soon as one was available for which we were grateful. The room was a twin queen bed as requested. It was clean and had a coffee maker but no milk in the fridge (we purchased some from the shop downstairs). The bed was comfortable. There was only one chair for the two of us which meant one had to sit on the bed to watch TV. Location was good, walking distance to ALA MOANA CENTRE and Walmart supermarket with restaurants and takeaway also nearby. The airconditioner was a little noisy when it cut in. We were given a discount voucher for breakfast which we didn't use. This Hotel served our needs for the one night stay but we would choose another for any extended stay."
