" A cavernous suite with 2 floor-to-ceiling French doors opening out onto the shop-filled plaza below. The roomy seating area included a comfy sofa and guest chairs. A beautiful tres leches cake with personalized Welcome in the icing was waiting on the coffee table for us. Even though check-in was not until 2pm, we arrived at 8:45 (flight from NY) and were surprisingly accommodated right away with a warm greeting. Bathroom was a bit poorly lit, but the suite was bathed in light. Staff always friendly and helpful…. Truly exceptional "
