Located on the fifth floor, the property requires a special key to operate the elevator, which will be waiting for you in the room upstairs. This arrangement may pose some inconvenience on the first day, particularly if guests have substantial luggage to carry upstairs. Another potential drawback is the property's location on a street that hosts a daily market. The area is often crowded and noisy; while this did not pose an issue for me, it is worth noting that after the market closes, the streets become heavily littered and appear to be inadequately cleaned. Overall, my experience with this property was positive, and I would recommend it."

"Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco."
