"Fab hotel and brilliant staff. Highly recommend booking asap for the sushi, some of the best we've had. All the communal areas of the hotel - pool, restauraunt, bar, reception are modern clean and spot on, however the rooms let them down. In need of some maintenance and improvements and just not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the hotel. I would book another hotel in this chain again, and be sure to check the standard of the rooms."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
