"My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. "Hotellet er det lækreste og flotteste i Malia indre by (dem ved stranden så vi dog ikke nærmere på), og ser meget luksuriøst ud med det store barområde/loungeområde, god musik og hyggelige restaurant-område med VIRKELIG god mad. "The apartment is right by the beach which is perfect! Upon arrival (12:00) we received a warm welcome. We were taken to the bar since we arrived quite early. They had given us a banana/fruit drink while we waited for our room to be ready. We sat down and enjoyed the ocean view. Approximately at 13:00 we went up to our room. We waited a little bit but we still checked in before the official check-in time so that was great.

"Very nice front desk people, also 24 hour front desk. Our room had a little private balcony which is nice (I think all do) pool was nice (open til 7 pm) . Parking on street was regular trying to find a spot but they have a private lot also but about 10-15 spots. About 5 min drive from airport and 5-10 min drive to the fortress/downtown. Nice quiet safe location. "
