Not sure how this hotel is still operational. Management and ownership invisible, poorly staffed and unqualified personnel to answer inquiries and requests. Avoid it"

"First they gave the wrong address, the address that is given leads to the old town of Malia. When I arrived I called and had to wait 50 minutes, because the reception was opposite the house. In the room I had ants and a cockroach. You can hear every other guest talking and everything that happens outside. Is a renovated building but very poorly renovated. In the shower the wall was torn, on the ceiling there was mold."
