"Absolutely loved my stay at this hidden gem on Malibu Beach. It’s peaceful, private, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—every little convenience has already been thought of. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person I interacted with—from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping and room service—was the definition of top-tier hospitality. Friendly, professional, and completely focused on making your experience amazing. I’ve never encountered a team this consistently excellent anywhere in the world. The only real letdown was the food—it was really overpriced and unfortunately pretty underwhelming, especially compared to how flawless everything else was. Still, that wouldn’t stop me from coming back. You should definitely visit this place. It’s something special."
