"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

"ここには泊まらない方がいいです。値段不相応、部屋は古くて、嫌な匂いがします。部屋の内部写真はおそらく新築時に撮影されたものでしょう。現在はとても綺麗とはいえません。
シャワーの排水は目詰まりですぐに溢れます。エアコンは古くてうるさくベッドはとても硬い。

"Très joli resort au bord de la rivière dans un cadre magnifique et un calme absolu. Le personnel est charmant et la manager parle même français.
