"Nice room and beautiful beach area. Great staff with delicious food at both the evening and morning buffet! Unfortunately due to the time of our visit (4days before closing for the season) a lot of the bar/dining options were closed and the outdoor pool/hot tub was cold/out of service. "

"Da vi tjekkede ind på hotellet, fik vi et værelse på samme etage som parkeringsgaragen – altså nederst i bygningen. Værelset var meget mørkt, og vi bad derfor om at få det skiftet. Personalet oplyste, at de ikke kunne flytte os, fordi de ikke kunne foretage ændringen i bookingsystemet, selvom vi online kunne se, at der var ledige værelser. Dagen efter kunne vi godt få et andet værelse, men kun mod en merbetaling, og vi skulle først tjekke ud og vente omkring fire timer, før det nye værelse ville...

"Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic."

We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip. The environment was quiet, relaxing, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and pleasant. Everything was spotless, and the hotel was clearly managed with great attention to detail.
