The location of the hotel is very good. Lots of dining options, shopping and walkable. Unfortunately our room was a disappointment. We were on the 16th floor. The room and the bathroom had a musty smell. We notified the front desk who said the smell was from new carpets that just got put in.

Great pool, clean good sized rooms in apartment. Plantain shutters and soap holder broken. Small jobs that needed fixing. Staff helpful and approachable.

Would have given it 5 stars but the hallways smelt from room service trays being left in the hallways. Staff were fantastic as was the pool and waterslide.
