""Our stay at the nainital hotel was excellent, the rooms were cozy, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was very polite and attentive, every request was handled with a smile, making our holiday stress-free, the service was quick and efficient, we never had to wait long for anything we asked."

"THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue."

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."
