Booked the all inclusive package from Expedia but they refused to give breakfast and other meals. Staff is not supportive. Only good thing about property is views from the room is awesome."

"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high tea which I highly recommend.
