Es war einfach nur dreckig. Balkon Türe konnte man nicht abschließen. Unfreundlich, einfach in nem Gebäude gegenüber geschickt wo jeder rein und raus konnte wer nur möchte. Im Hauptgebäude konnt man sich nicht hinsetzen und warten da der staub so dick war auf den stühlen.

loud guests without assistance by hotel staff

I came to Mallorca on a layover. I know most people come here to get wasted and to be loud and party, this should stop in your hotel room though. I only had a layover here, the room above me played techno music and the room next to me had guests that kept yelling at other guests on the street. I went into the lobby, 4 times to complain about this. They helped me once and I repeatedly asked for another room. New guests kept arriving while I was complaining and the reception kept telling me they didn’t have any rooms available which proved to be wrong cause on 2 occasions guests had arrived that didn’t have a reservation to begin with. Instead of moving me to another room, which they could have easily done, I was up all night . Terrible experience....

Bonne situation géographique mais pas le meilleur.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et la plage mais la chambre était vraiment pas top. Il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain et dans les couloirs (au 4ieme étage il ma semble que l'on etait) pas de pression de l'eau au niveau de la douche, ... L'accueil quand nous sommes arrivés était moyen. Les Messieurs avaient l'air au fond du seau... nous y sommes resté qu'une nuit, le temps de faire la transition avec un autre plus loin, c'était suffisant.

Personal ist sehr nett und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Außerdem wohnten wir zum Glück nicht direkt im diesem Hotel sondern nebenan. Sehr herunter gekommen... Leider ist das Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Kann man gar nicht Frühstück nennen. Richtig geputzt wurde das Zimmer auch nicht aber es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Im Großen und Ganzen ein ganz einfaches Hotel. Man sollte also keine großen Erwartungen haben.

Wir wurden in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Zimmer was dreckig und es hat gestunken. Vor unserem Fenster waren Gitter und davor lag alles voller Müll!!. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben nach nur einer Nacht das Hotel verlassen und uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht!!

Nothing was good. The building is very old. There is no reception you have to go to the next hotel to check in. We didn't stay there we had to book another hotel in emergency because this room wasnt secure at all.

Hele nette en ruime kamer voor de prijs en alle voorzieningen zijn naast of vlakbij het hotel. We zijn al eerder geweest en dit jaar was het zelfs beter! Gelukkig is het heel goedkoop want het personeel is wel zeer onbeleefd, ipv ‘Good evening’ kregen we ‘Pasports Or something!?’ als begroeting. Tot 4x toe naar de receptie moeten lopen voor handdoeken omdat de schoonmakers het weghaalde en geen nieuwe brachten, personeel wilde ons nog even vertellen dan maar niet te douchen maar gelukkig ging de enige aardige jongen bij de receptie handdoeken uit een andere kamer stelen voor ons. WiFi werkte ook niet en toen een man dood ging aan een hartaanval onder ons balkon en er 3 uur een lijk lag hebben wij niks van het hotel gehoord. Dus kortom, locatie en faciliteiten prima (behalve WiFi) en personeel uitermate slecht.

La experiencia ha sido pésima. El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en la web. Es un edificio antiguo, abandonado y en una zona bastante conflictiva. Las habitaciones son muy precarias, con puertas destrozadas que ni se cierran. Lógicamente ni pudimos pasar ahí la noche por lo que nos vimos obligados a reservar otro hotel a última hora. Lo único bueno ha sido el chico de recepción que intento hacer todo lo posible para reubicarnos en una habitación mejor, pero todas eran un desastre, pero aún así ha sido muy amable. Sinceramente este hotel no debería prestar servicio.

Avoid. Not worth of your money

Pictures don’t reflect the poor stat of the hotel, and are most likely from the other hotel with the same name, a few buildings up on the street. In urgent need for renovation to keep the minimal conditions to operate. Absolute lack of management. Total anarchy, with fights and destruction of the hotel premises. Reception is in another building without a phone line to request someone to restrain the noise and violence during the night. Obviously the poor behavior of some guest is to blame, but it’s the hotel responsibility to guarantee all guest safety

Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Es kam kein Wasserstrahl aus dem duschkopf heraus, zum Glück hatte zwei Freunde von uns direkt ein Zimmer neben uns, sodass wir bei denen duschen konnten.

It was a very bad experience in this place. You can describe it everything but not a hotel. We have originally booked for four nights but we could not stay longer than one night. So we checked out next day (obviously we didn't get any refund) and booked in another hotel. The room was small and dirty and it smells bad (mold). The room had a balcony with a glass door which was broken, so we couldn't close at night. It was supee cold and my friend got sick. The personnel didn't really do a lot to help, for example didn't collaborate in changing the room! I think they should close this place, sleeping there can ruin your holiday and make you get sick. Even if the rent is cheap, at least it should be clean and healthy not full of mold smell, broken doors and dirty blanket.

Non aveva nulla di speciale... anzi, priva di: reception, portone integro, sicurezza, segnaletica indicante i piani, armadio nella camera, privacy, tappetino scendidoccia, telefono in camera. La struttura è arcaica e lo scarico del bagno costituito da una catenina ne è la prova. Pulizia camere non adeguata e sopratutto non sempre effettuata (3 volte in 7 giorni su NOSTRA sollecitazione). Personale non qualificato, incapace di comprendere la basica lingua inglese. Bar aperto fino alle 18, scandaloso a nostro avviso. Particolarità: nello pseudo-bagno in cui prevaleva l’odore di chiuso e la costante presenza di polvere, c’era una piccola finestrella che dava verso una sorta di condotto interno dell’edificio oltre il quale era persino possibile vedere con facilità l’interno del bagno della stanza accanto!!!! Unicissimi punti postivi: il receptioner italiano è apparso nettamente più qualificato ed educato degli altri; il barista era molto simpatico!
