Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again.

The coolest Hotel in mallorca
This place is super cool. Really relaxed vibe around the pool with nice music playing all day. Staff are really friendly and relaxed. Feels more like staying with friends than in a hotel. Will definitely be rebooking when I go back to Mallorca.. 1 tiny complaint is that the WiFi is a bit slow..

We LOVED our stay!
We checked in quite late and the super lovely lady was there waiting for us and got us right into our room. The bed and pillow were fantástico y dreamy, the view and neighborhood peaceful and beautiful, and the hotel decor súper chic! We loved our stay!!

Very pleasant surprise
Beautifully humble hotel. Incredible quiet location. Extremely comfortable bed. Service is very friendly and respectful. Hansi was an incredible host, very attentive to my stay and my needs (whether at the bar, the pool, the quiet areas). Highly recommended.

excellent staffs, breakfast, cleanliness, good location with parking. The room was comfortable, the only detail is that the bathroom stall could be a little bigger as the water from the shower wet the whole bathroom. Overall, a great hotel.

Relaxing Stay!
Stayed with a friend for a few days & this was the perfect hotel for a few relaxing days in Mallorca! It is a 10 minute bus ride to Illeates beach & 15 minutes to Palma. Will definitely stay again if I return to Mallorca!

Short stay in poolside suite
We had a lovely four days staying in the pool suite which is huge! Bathrooms were excellent with lovely products. The only downside to pool suite is lack of privacy so unable to draw the curtains as people on sun beds right outside. Also, window in room lets a lot of light in at night - really needs a blind. Not a great deal of hanging space but adequate for our short trip. Breakfast delicious and staff v v helpful and friendly.

I booked my room 2 mins before I arrive at 12:30am due to another cancellation from lastminute.com. They cancelled my hire car too. Apparently this is what they do now if your flight is delayed so they can relet. Nice hey when you’ve already been inconvenienced. Anyway. Because of the time they only had night security on so had to call the manager out to sort the booking. The manager Lisa was excellent. She got me straight to my room and gave me excellent customer service throughout my stay. She knew I was tired and didn’t make me do passport and forms and trusted me to sort out following day. Finally some common sense left in this world.

Great boutique hotel. Ideal if you are looking for somewhere small and not over crowded. Never had an issue finding sun loungers by pool. Room was very comfortable. Could use curtains on balcony door if you don’t want to be up with the sun though.

This was a very nice hotel, very friendly staff and helpful also, also a 4min walk to the beach which is good and 6 stops on the bus to Palma main centre which is roughly 10 - 12mins

Boutique hotel
Lovely pool area, nice breakfast, great drinks in the bar. Cool decor! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room does not have enough plug sockets, coat hangers, storage space and general surface space. There is no kettle or coffee machine or lift. The bathroom floor gets super slippy and there is not really enough space for toiletries. With some relatively minor changes this hotel could be really great!

Nice and clean small hotel close to Palma
The hotel was clean and close to Palma. The swimming pool is surrounded by a nice terrace with lounge chairs and beds, ideal to chill out. We got a welcome drink which is great. However nobody helped us to carry our luggages to the room nor showing us the amenities.

I have just left Zhero after a 3 day/2 night stay and I really can't fault this place. They allowed me an early check-in and late check-out. I am a solo traveller and the staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly the bar staff around the pool. Thee room was spacious and modern overlooking the pool. I slept so well both nights. Breakfast was a nice variety of continental. The interior design of the place is so cool and the music in the pool area and reception adds to the chilled atmosphere and is at a perfect volume. I worked on my laptop over breakfast in the lounge area and relaxed by the pool all day long. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the perfect break!!

Hotel is very modern but cheaply done so, everything breaks e.g shower was awful and handle fell off the door. Mostly business guests so no atmosphere, breakfast very basic and over priced - €14.95 for crossaints and melon. pool not heated so too cold to go in, one or two good staff on the bar but reception staff barely smile, they do not make you feel welcomed at all. Not in a great area - 10 min walk from beach and 2 min walk to harbour so good for doing activities but not many restaurants or nightlife nearby. We mostly got taxis into palma centre or puerto portals marina as much nicer areas.

Great entrance and lovely welcome from man at receiption. other man on reception not so helpful. Had an issue with towl delivery so I asked for any kind of towl as we would like to use the pool. He said to go get the ones from my room... Don't think so ! Made him get me towels, I'm not using a pool towl to then clean my self after my shower later that night. Cleaners 3 mornings in a row started hoovering at 8:30/845am wouldn't mind normaly however lights on balcony and music down stairs does not go off until midnight. On holiday I like more than 8:30 hour sleep really. But after telling staff last 3 days went without and disturbance. Clean modern great location. Zhero beachouse and beach club also great. Breakfast expensive €14 each for a very average spread. Also don't order taxi from hotel it's always considerable more expensive. also don't remember reading anywhere about some tax pp for staying in Mallorca on room bill so just watch out for that. Hotel good for couples I would say.

This hotel initially looks good. Trendy cool uber design. However it is very shabby and seriously lacks maintenance. The outside decking is In serious need of repair, particularly on the steps from car park. No lift, no help with luggage. We pass a bedroom door that is smashed in as we climb the stairs. The room is a good size and clean but again lots of repair issues. The microcement floor is badly cracked near the bathroom and could easily injure bare feet. Safe not working, only 2 pillows. The shower is appalling constantly changing from hot to cold. Towels are grubby, tiny thin and very very old. Furniture tired and stained. No one on reception after 12 MN until 8am. Good English TV channels though.

Lovely short stay
Me and my partner enjoyed a really nice stay here in June 2016. Room was spacious and really clean. The hotel its self was amazing. Close to local beaches and a few minute walk from local restaurants. Local shops to buy food on your doorstep and free parking at the back of the hotel all you can ask for in a short stay. We didn't eat at the hotel but the food we saw served looked lovely although menu for food and drink did seem pricey. We only stayed for 3 nights but wished it was longer!

You'll either love it or hate it
Friendly, helpful staff from arrival to checkout. Didn't see too much of the local area as I arrived there about 9pm but it's safe and the location itself, 20 mins from the airport and 5 mins drive from both Palma and Portals Nous, was perfect for me. I really liked the hotel decor (a boutique hotel feel: see the photos from the website - only the bare walls of the bedroom let it down a little) and the way that most, if not all rooms, overlook the pool area. There's house music of one sort or another playing in the public areas 24/7 from what I could tell. I stayed one night, had a late breakfast of fruit, pastries, juice and coffee, and relaxed by the pool until checkout at midday. Would I stay there again? Yep, but it's definitely a marmite job: You'll either love it or hate it.

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to get a welcome drink on the house. Despite one night without air conditioning which made it difficult for my girlfriend to sleep, the room was clean and relaxing, with a great view onto the pool. The pool is good with sufficient sun lounges to relax on as well as a raised terrace where you can have a look at the sea.

Stayed midweek for 3 nights. It was a very good price so wasn't expecting much but the bed was comfortable, aircon worked and we had a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. It was very basic but clean. Would recommend they put tea and coffee facilities in the room though. Location was ok. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk and within about a 10 minute walk from a lovely little beach with a bar.

Relaxing, stylish - fantastic pool area
The staff were wonderful - very helpful, the hotel reception area and pool side were fantastic. Very comfortable beds! Turn right out of the hotel and the area towards Illetas beach felt very safe with a few restaurants and bars just ten minutes walk away.

Close to palma and within traditional Spanish bars
We really enjoyed our stay , as it was our second time to stay here. We love the quietness around the pool area, yet just outside the door there are a few bars and restaurants ,, and you have a bus stop across the road with buses going to palma city centre.. Hotel was perfect for us , as we like to chill out during the day and head out in the evening time. Also it's nice to be in a town where there are local bars and restaurants with Spanish people and not the usual irish and British bars.
