"Overall, the Hilton Fiji was a great family resort, particularly the food, amenities and staff. The only issue we had was the fact that we arrived at the resort at 8 am - following a 12 hour flight - and our room was not available until 3 pm. Also, the wifi connection was intermittent"

"The property was wonderful. The rooms are large, well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed the plunge pool, outdoor lounging area, beachside room, outdoor shower, tasty coffee in the room, rain shower, complementary beauty items, nightly turn down service with chocolates and stories to read, and so much more. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and memorize your name. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs throughout the day. We did not get a chance to check out the spa. I did put in a last minute request but they didnโ€™t get back to me till after weโ€™d left. However, to their credit, since it was raining lots of people booked the spa."
