Your review seemed to indicate that you had enjoyed your time at Six Senses Fiji . As you can understand Six Senses as a brand, focus on Sustainability and protecting the environment is paramount for us, therefore minimal chemicals are used, not to destroy the natural environment. I appreciate your comment regarding the Linger Longer program and it has been well noted. Our goal with the recreation department is to make more exciting activities as well as add better value for money for our guests. Some recent actions were to make more items complimentary such as snorkeling equipment, internet, tennis courts, snorkeling lessons and we have added small touches such the beach service, beach bags, room amenities and tripled the amount of complimentary water per guest per day. At the same time, we have reducing many prices throughout the resort. Also, our recreation team has been working hard to enhance daily activities as well as nightly entertainment. Moreover, we have recently launched the new Kokosi Kids club for the youngest guests here in Six Senses Fiji. Activities we have planned are, karaoke nights, cocktail nights, more band nights etc. We do hope that you feel that this was better value for you, there is always more to come home to. I do agree that we have some improvement required in In Villa Dining, pastry and general consistency. Without providing a myriad of excuses, we are reviewing in villa dining, developing a better space for our pastry team and proving more specific direction in terms of more modern dishes.
