"Une des meilleures experiences d'hotel en France, surtout que nous sommes présentement dans la haute saison touristique. Les propriétaires sont trop gentils et attentionnés. Les chambres sont excellentes pour le prix, situées dans une an cienne maison victorienne. Il y a l'air climatisé donc ne pas s'inquiéter là-dessus. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel à n'importe qui voulant visiter Frejus et ses environs. Déjeuner délicieux et vraiment pas cher en plus"

"This place is beyond disgusting. No carpets, just filthy floors that haven’t seen a mop in years. The bed had no bedding – no sheets, no duvet, just a bare, stained mattress that looked like it came from a skip. And yes, it had bed bugs. I left with bites all over my arms and legs. No hot water at all. Couldn’t even take a proper shower. The bathroom was cold, mouldy, and smelled like sewage. It felt like using a public toilet in a rundown train station. The whole place is falling apart and completely unhygienic. There was dirt in every corner, and absolutely nothing was cleaned or maintained. Staff didn’t care. No apology, no refund, just shrugs and excuses. This isn’t a hotel – it’s a health risk. Avoid at all costs. Sleeping in your car would be a step up. "
