Chambre fonctionnelle et literie confortable. Malheureusement pas de possibilité de late check out mais ce n'est pas grave, les bagages peuvent être laissés à la réception. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Climatisation fonctionnelle et ascenseur, c'est un gros +. Merci !

This hotel is very near the train and bus stations, and near shops and attractive quayside/harbour. It's a great location and very affordable. A little noise from adjoining rooms, as we were on the first floor, but we could forgive this as there are lots of plus points.

Tres bon séjour

Très bon séjour, hotel idéalement situé. La literie est très confortable, la clim fonctionne parfaitement. Petit point noir, hotel mal insonorisé mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon sejour, la clientèle était calme et respectueuse. Je recommande 👍

Bon petit hotel

Petit hotel qui ne paie pas de mine mais séjour agréabe. le personnel est très sympathique, la literie ultra confortable et la propreté est irréprochable. Petit dejeuné très bon manque juste les oeufs et bacon à mon gout. Petit bémol sur la taille de la chambre et des communs:tout est très petit. Seul gros point négatif:les murs sont comme du papier à cigarette, vous avez l'impresion de dormir avec votre voisin.

Great location, very near to St Raphael train and bus stations, very near to the beach and a lovely promenade, and very near to shops and supermarket. Room was a little small, with some road noise when window was open, and lift wasn't working for the time we were there, but good value for £ during the week we were there. Front desk staff and cleaners all great!

Litet trevligt hotell nära tåg, stranden etc.

Jag är mycket nöjd med riktigt bra vistelse på Hotel 21 och var här även förra sommaren. Hotellet ligger mycket nära järnvägsstationen, nära till strand, restauranger, shopping i lugna, trygga omgivningar. Hade stort rum med stor säng, skönt täcke, stor balkong, safebox etc. Bra städning, överlag trevlig personal, men lite tråkigt med styckvis toapapper, inget lyse i duschen etc. Saint Raphaël är lite mindre och mycket trevlig semesterort. Stort tack från mig igen!

Très décevant

Vous entendez les voisins parler et ronfler. Les oreillers font vieux (aucune souplesse/moelleux), ferme comme si ils avaient été vieilli par l'humidité et le temps. Et si vous demandez s'il est possible d'en avoir un autre différent, on vous répond sans sourire : NON, ils sont tous comme ça ! Je dors toutes les semaines à l'hôtel, celui-ci restera un très mauvais souvenir niveau confort, amabilité et petit déjeuner.

Toppenhotell på fantastisk badort

Jag trivdes mycket bra på Le 21 Hôtel och är mycket nöjd med vistelsen. Location i lugnt och tryggt område var något av det bästa. Hotellet ligger några minuter från järnvägsstationen, nära till restauranger, caféer, shopping, härliga stranden etc. Trevlig personal, mycket rymligt rum med porte fenêtre, safebox, AC etc. Trångt toalett- och duschutrymme i två nivåer, men det fungerade ändå. Bra med källsortering på rummet! Jag provade inte frukosten, men livsmedelsbutik och boulangeri ligger jättenära om man vill fixa egen frukost. Det blev fel på toaletten en dag och hotellet ringde efter en handyman mycket snabbt. San Raphaël är en mycket trevlig semesterort på Rivieran!

Très désagréable d’assister pendant 2h30 à une dispute de couple juste au dessus de notre chambre en plein milieu de la nuit…. Des hurlements, des bruits de coups dans le mur…. Chambres très mal insonorisées…. Je ne suis pas à l’hôtel pour assister aux histoires des autres…. Le gardien de nuit a dû intervenir car ils ont dû réveiller tout l’hôtel!
