"Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after. Service in the restaurant is friendly but has room for improvement (eg taking plates away promptly, and presenting wine at the right temperature (red wine temp was good on one day, but far too cold the next).
