"Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in a recently renovated room, which was nicely appointed. The beds were very comfy and they had several pillows with varying firmness. The pool and spa were clean and had plenty of lounging space available. The outdoor space and available games were great. There was a nice bar with a great variety of options. I used the coffee shop daily. I only have one negative comment - the info provided on the website regarding shuttle to Universal Studios is misleading and should be updated. While there is a shuttle, arrangements must be made in advance and the availability is very limited. "

"Amenities were well maintained and spacious; pools, fitness center, bowling alley. They also threw a great New Year’s Eve party!"

"Spotless hotel and room. We really enjoyed. The price its pretty good and amenities and pool very good. The only thing we didnt like was the gaming room, because the pool had a missing ball and registration counter said they cannot help. It was a little durty as well. Other than that… amazing hotel. Thanks!"
