"私個人のアクシデントに対し惜しみなくご協力くださり、スタッフの温かいケアが有り難かったです また、ホテル外観と周囲の実った稲穂が融合した美しい景観、レセプション周辺の広くて明るい空間、地震で倒壊した家屋の瓦を使用した中庭のアート、温泉やサウナにも癒されました ただ、上階からドスンドスンという音が 真夜中を含めて何度も聞こえた事と、紙管という材質ゆえに致し方ないとは思うのですが、特にイスが劣化により清潔感が無く感じられた点がとても残念でした"
