The vending machine on my floor was not working, and the hallway walls needed to be painted due to scratched off paint. Lastly, my linen on my bed was stained when they switched me to a new room. Although the physical condition of the hotel was not great, the staff were very welcoming and kind. "

"Pros: Bed was comfy and good size. Location is good if going on a cruise. Staff was really nice and were generous when our flight was delayed and we showed up later than expected. Cons: As soon as you walk in, you get hit with an over powering smell of bleach. It doesnt go away and stays lingering the whole stay. There were mosquitoes throughout the whole room. Wifi on the TV lags really badly. Had to eventually switch over to own hotspot. Water pressure was slim to none. Shower head falls off as soon as you try to move it. Stains and spots all over ceiling, walls and bathroom. "
