Everything was perfect.. from warmth of every single staff member, to food to location to the bed .. by far one of our most pleasant snd memorable stays in a hotel ever!

Polite counter staff. Clean environment. Within walking distance to Manado Town Square.

My colleagues return back to S Loft Manado for 2nd stay on the same tour period. It is affordable and the check-on process is so smooth. That is why they are choosing S Loft Manado again.

comfortable except breakfast variety limited - should have more international foodp

Comfortable stay and good breakfast spread. We had a good dinner at very reasonable price. Spacious lobby and dining area for chat with friends. Friendly and hospitable service staff. A good choice when in Manado, and close enough to the airport.

The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. Plus points about this hotel; + conveniently located near Pasar 45 (city centre), + has a 24 hour mart in the ground level which sells basic necessities at affordable prices, + hot and cold shower, + breakfast had variety and up to quality standard, + high speed Wi-Fi. Hotel condition: There were basic "must-have" in the room, like a flat screen TV, a study desk, open wardrobe, a mini bar with a water booiler, a safe and a private toilet. Room cleanliness: Room service was prompt and the...
