The Swiss Bell Hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff was outstanding to us. Always greeting with a smile and hello. The manager spoke to us and was very nice and accommodating. 5 star staff and 5 star hotel

The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly, attentive, and responsive. My wife and I had massages and the ladies did a great job. If you are in Manado and are looking for a hotel that can make your trip The Swiss Bell is the place to go.

Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean.

Well it started off not good, we got checked into a smoking room at 4am and we were exhausted but after a decent buffet, the staff were wonderful and upgraded us to a suite free of charge and were very kind giving us a fruit platter and making sure we were looked after.

We had a great stay at the Swiss-belle in Manado, the customer service staff were exemplary. The room was a good size with an amazing view over the city. The hotel was in a great location and was a super easy Grab pickup/ drop off point (very important consideration in Manado!). There was an indomaret and a gelael grocery shop just across the street for supplies, an atm out the front, and we found 2 amazing restaurants for dinner within 5 min of the hotel. Only feedback is that it would be great if there were water refill stations available for guests in addition to/ instead of the complimentary 2 plastic bottles a day.
