They did not hold our reserved room and gave it to someone else even though we stopped by at 8:30 AM to confirm our arrival. Very poor management and then they did not even offer a voucher or other compensation. We had to stay in separate rooms on my birthday night.

Price not worth the stay
Very outdated the blue throw pillow was dirty, the shower head missing a gasket so water pouring out and going on the floor outside of the shower, a dried up booger on the shower wall near the shower head. The trash can looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in years, the bedroom light switch near the entrance door in the other room, the door doesn’t close automatically. The price is not worth the stay…….

Generally old furniture that needs attention. No proper restaurant for dining. Otherwise quiet and safe. Walkable to shops and places.

The property was inexpensive, had a usable kitchen and good internet. Otherwise, the condition of our room poor. Much of it was in disrepair (bathroom sink and toilet seat, curtain, flooring) and the furniture appeared worn and not well cleaned. We were definitely not comfortable in the room and re-booked elsewhere.

Rooms are very nice and large but are showing their age. Lights don’t necessarily work and the TV is hit and miss. For some reason the phone beeps every few minutes. The staff are lovely and amenable. They will help wherever they can but face the challenge of dealing with some disrespectful guests who like to make noise throughout the night.

New name, same standard
After the change of ownership was expecting a few cosmetic improvements. Its fine but a bit ragged around the edges. The main issue is the noise at night from the endless motorbikes or cars revving incessantly.

It wasn’t cleaned before I checked in, sink and bath drain didn’t operate properly, there were ants in tub and towel rack was broken. They did offer me a different room at a slightly raised price.
