The staff I had dealings with were great, polite, friendly and helpful. Rasel was the house keeper of my initial room, level 6 which is a smoker's area and nothing was too much trouble for him. As a non smoker, Rasel advised me to speak to front desk where upon I was moved to level 11. Level 6 can be noisy with music from the night clubs. Level 11 much quieter, rooms are large with comfy beds and good facilities. All the staff were excellent with good facilities. I would stay again if I returned to Bahrain.

Staying at this awful hotel felt like PURGATORY. There was constant loud noise from inside and outside the hotel. This made it impossible to get any sleep. I had requested a quiet room and as soon as I entered the room I could hear the loud rumbling of machinery. My room was overlooking a roof containing more than a dozen air conditioning units creating a constant loud mechanical noise. I asked at reception to move room, but was told this was their quietest room. From 9pm until after 10am everyday there we’re extremely loud noises from a night club in the hotel. It was impossible to listen to anything in my room (even with noise cancelling headphones) or sleep (with expensive silicon ear plugs). The bass and loud clanging noises reverberated throughout the hotel constantly. My room was at the end of the hotel and 6 floors above the nightclub so I can’t imagine how much worse the noise was in the rest of the rooms. Preventing people to sleep through playing loud music is a recognised form of torture and after suffering at this hotel for 6 nights I understand why it is so effective. It totally ruined my trip to Bahrain. It is very noticeable that there is no mention of this nightclub in the Expedia listing, but there is a blatant lie about room soundproofing. There are other minor issues with the hotel such as poor room design and a poor breakfast, but it is the constant noise makes this hotel uninhabitable in my opinion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Overall the property is clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. The entertainment options are great but the music resonates through the building until 2:00 am. Not an issue with night owls but early-to-bed types beware…

Don't get mistaken by its Stars
Trip was good stay was not good, you need to understand this hotel is not for business people, this is for people who wants get away from home, enjoy drink and woman, take them back to the room and give good reviews. There are 5 clubs and they are open till 5 am which means if you have a meeting in the morning there is no chance you will get a good night sleep.

Only gave me one towel. The bathroom door has a closer on it and you have to prop it with something. Remove the door closers. When I take a shower I like to leave the door open so the mirror does not fog. Nice clubs in the hotel.

After 4 years of visiting Juffair and seeing The Arch I thought I'd try it out. NEVER AGAIN!! Very loud music until 2am meant I did not sleep. Of the 24 TV channels only 1 was an English speaking channel, not even a news channel to watch. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music - when I went downstairs .. there were drunk peoples in crowds everywhere .. it was disgusting … Cars in the streets crowding the area .. it took me ten minutes to go down the street .. I’ll never stay there again !!

The hotel itself was great. Clean, safe, awesome staff. The area is just building after building after building. Not very pretty. Lots (literally) of construction. I guess it’s just a dense urban country.

I didn't appreciate being asked if i had a room in the hotel after leaving one of there bars. In addition being called by the front desk and asking if I have a visitor in my room. Are they running the Gestapo or something? I stay at this hotel exclusively ever time i go to Bahrain and this really disappointed me!

It was clean and had a variety of dining options and places to relax and have a drink also close proximity to shopping. The service was lacking the spa was very rude and could only offer one type of massage even though they offered many styles it was dirty and very disorganized. The service in the Fizz the staff was friendly enough but orders were very slow in getting to you table it took 30 minuets to get a cappuccino

The shower was very bad ! When your in the shower all of sudden very hot water comes and then cold. I complain many times to GM n at f not desk but was never fixed. It is dangerous I and they should sort it out ASAP before some one burns badly.

The hotel and rooms are nice and the staff was very efficient. The area of the hotel is more residential but a quick drive to where there are more restaurants, etc. The bed and pillows in our room were not all that comfortable and the door to the bathroom is designed to automatically close at all times so if you want to keep that door open you have to wedge something heavy in front of it, like a fill suitcase. The bigger issue was during the night. Even though we were on the 9th floor and the disco was on the third floor, we heard bass dance beats all night until about 4am. The Arch is a good value, but not sure I would stay again.

Very nice hotel to stay in. I really like to stay and come back again. Why ! Good location as it is in one of most vivid area Very quite and clean hotel great facilities and nice staff. This hotel has great restaurants and spa as well. Good lobby all this with value price.
