"We liked the Resort overall, but have concerns for the property going forward. For a 2 year old property, it already felt neglected. The pool water at the main pool had a greasy feel to it. Granted it was Fathers day weekend and a lot of people were there, but the poor quality of the water stood out. Some of the drains at the smaller infinity pool were clogged and water puddled there. Straws and other garbage floated in that area. Just felt neglected. Where are the maintenance people? Also noticed dirty bar stools in the food court area, while zero customers at the bar and the bartender just standing around. My son came back and mentioned asking the bartender a question and getting a rude reply. When we walked down a hallway later that evening, a resort worker was about to pass us and suddenly stopped in front of us. Concerned, i asked are you OK. The guy actually replied: Yeah, I'm waiting for one of you guys to move so i can keep walking. I was shocked. For a person that easily spent a couple thousand dollars at any resort, this is just not the kind of experience you want to have. A strong management team appears to be missing. They need to find people that actually want to be there to make the customers experience top notch. Without that this brand new resort will just run into the ground. There is a horrendous smell when you walk towards the Lotus tower from stagnant water that has nowhere to go. How they don't get somebody to clean that up is beyond me. Good luck 2 them"
