"The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience."
