"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn.
The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud.
That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation.
We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. That would have been an extra...

"The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds. NP And then, when the heating unit control stopped working, we moved to another room. This room was originally set up for twin beds BUT only had a double. Too bad for us. But we had a view and a clean bathroom so not so bad but twin beds would have been better. Mehmet was especially helpful and both Hulya and Duygu were great hostesses!...

Fantastic Hotel that won't disappoint
"This was our first time in Side so we didn't know what to expect, we found this hotel for an awesome price online and seen that the reviews were good and now we see why. This hotel was incredible, by far the best we had stayed in for a long time, you can really tell the owner puts alot of love and care into his business. The hotel was very clean all around, the pool was amazing and the room is stunning with a super comfy bed and a fantastic powerful shower. The staff here had exceptional customer service and Abraham was able to give us some great advice on where to go and what to see and just made it the best part of our holiday so thank you guys so much.
We most definitely will be coming to stay here again and can't wait for that time to come."
