"There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. "

Some issue with the television but staff was responsive. Restaurant was not open. Our room faced the parking lot and there were people making noise for at least an hour after 9:00 at night."

"Clean room, staff was helpful. For what I paid for the room, there are other hotels that offer breakfast and free parking in the area, but since my conference was in the DCU it made the most logistical sense. Will most likely stay there again but may look at it hard next year."
