This hotel is well presented and clean. The welcome was good and the breakfast I thought was very good (vegan ans vegetarian sausages for example). All round good option particularly if in Northern end of town.
Excellent hotel clean,modern and spacious. The only thing that lets it down is the breakfast (poor quality undercooked meat). Very busy at breakfast time so maybe they are rushing to replace the trays of food. Great price though without the breakfast.
A lovely little hotel, close to The Arena and Victoria station, where you could get the free bus to Piccadilly station and the centre of town.
The room was clean and had everything we needed with modern facilities. Breakfast was included, which made it good value for money. We will definitely return for any more concerts in the area.
Excellent little stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were so hey and friendly, our room was spotless and so comfortable, nice and quiet too. Breakfast was very nice and a 12 o’clock checkout. PERFECT!
Extremely friendly staff.
Arrived earlier than planned, but was checked in without fuss.
Decent breakfast as well.
Will stay there again anytime I'm in Manchester.

£25 parking fee for 1 night to use secure parking which would recommend due to the area Hilton would have been my go to in Manchester especially when working away not anymore !
Terrible customer service, had no clue what was going on. Messed up the booking, promised parking but there was none. Promised dinner service but only breakfast. Had to stay somewhere else - as a disabled guest I had no option. Refused to give me a refund.

The staff were welcoming and informative. If you arrive after 1600 you can park on the street parking and not have to move till 1000 the next morning with no charge. The rooms are modern clean and have all the latest ammenities. I was pleased to see the room had a decent sized TV. Breakfast is a buffet and everything was excellent quality. We could not have asked for better. Great value for money.

Overall a good hotel, only criticism i would have is the layout of the breakfast facilities. The drink and the food areas are combined and it seems to cause a lot of unnecessary queueing.

Returning to Hampton by Hilton, Manchester based on an excellent stay in April. My experience staying in other Hamptons has been really good and they remain a consistent and solid choice for a decent stay and great breakfast.
On this visit I noticed the addition of the robot (Diane 2) at breakfast which helps with clearing tables. This is MUCH better than the big washing up trolley that was there last time.
Also another mention to Diane who works at Breakfast - she is so friendly, warm and helpful without being intrusive or over the top. It was lovely to see her again!
Only down side is the very low tog (thin) duvet. Also the sink in my bathroom could have done with unblocking due to how slowly it drained - room 508.
Overall great stay! I look forward to coming again. Thank you
