The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled.

Modern hotel, well maintained with excellent friendly staff. Close to railway station. Scenic restaurant on the top floor overlooking the city. Breakfast not too specia, good selection but served cold — buffet style. Eggs cooked to order. Good place to eat dinner. Good choice hotel.

Disappointing
Bad choice over all. Can’t fault the staff - friendly helpful, over attentive but language barrier was a massive issue. Breakfast was soso, very basic hot food was cold, fresh squeezed juices warm. Room could have been cleaner, lots of dust and hair etc along walls behind bathroom door and below blinds. No help available for tourists, no brochures or info available. Hotel presents well on website but it’s poorly located. Step outside and you’re met with filth, foul smells, beggars and squalor. We booked 3 nights but spent almost 2 full days in our room watching tv counting the hours before we could leave to catch our rescheduled flight, couldn’t wait to get out of there. Bitterly disappointed

Excellent room, superb bathroom but on busy road.
We had to wait over an hour in reception for our room to be ready. The room however was wonderful and the bathroom the best we had in Myanmar, really comfortable, modern and clean with loads of space. Beds were especially comfortable. Downside was the location, on a really noisy busy road which was a shame as modern as the hotel is, it would benefit from triple/double glazing. Bit of a trek walking to Mandalay Palace and Hill. The staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable on the surrounding location they had no maps or info to impart.

Nice stay
We get the hotel about lunch time, very friendly staff always saying "Mingalarbar with beautiful smile". Room is clean and good location. We can see the entire city. Served variety of food for breakfast in 8th floor. Everything is cleaned and nice. I'll stay there again.

A great hotel in the centre of Mandalay
This hotel was very nice, it is located right in the centre of Mandalay in a tall building. The interior design looked very modern and fresh. The level of cleanliness was very high. I can especially recommend the breakfast here, as it was not only delicious with many options to choose from both local and international, but it is served in a room with a great panoramic view of the city life around. All the members of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great value for money
An extremely good hotel at a very reasonable price. It is new and in many respects equals 5 star hotels in Burma. Do not be concerned at the very plain entrance on the street level. From the first floor reception onwards it is dramatically different. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The restaurant food is as good as any 5 star hotel in the country.

Nice hotel, great modern design and friendly staff
I booked the Link 78 Hotel for 2 nights, it was my first time in Mandalay. The hotel staffs are are really nice and friendly. The room (deluxe) is really nice, combined with a good design in modern style. The bath room is so large (if you compare with the room size with the other boutique hotels)

The hotel was empety just us in hotel so the breakfast was very poor also dinner waiting half hour when we are only customers. The staff are very poor by service. Location is very good close to all sites I believed that in rush sessions the hotel will be good by service. The price was little high for this month.

My business trip to mandalay
As this hotel are only about 5 months old therefore condition are perfect, location are great as it's located along street 78 which is the main street there. The only issue with this hotel are the air-con unit in room are over size and it's kind of noisy plus the bathroom floor tiles are very slippery which all my colleagues share the same comment.

Really cool hotel
The service was very nice, hotel was really modern and up to date. The first room we were given had too much room perfume scent inside and they changed us immediately and very accommodating. Breakfast was also great and had a variety.

The rooms were clean and modern with good wifi.The only negatives was the noise from air conditioning units which made it hard to sleep. The staff were excellent

Staff friendly but mixed service and some seemed a bit clueless. Rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast terrible, bread stale and did not replenish, very little fruit. Good location. Loads of mossies in the lift!

Great Experience at the Link 78
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really did not know what to expect of the hotel. When we arrive it was a very good surprise as the hotel is very nice -almost new i guess. The room are big and clean. The staff is super nice. To be recommended :)

Was great. Staff are very attentive and room was extremely clean with a comfy bed. Pillows we too big for me. Breakfast was ok. Not bad but not amazing. Location was good but be careful of all the holes on the streets and sidewalks as well the lack of stop lights. Be careful of traffic in Mandalay.

We found the LINK a great choice. It's new (opened summer 2016), modern, and has all the comforts including excellent wifi. The staff is very helpful (especially Me Me, Su Mon, and San Ye) who assisted us with bus and driver scheduling. In house buffet breakfast and restaurant (we ate our dinners at the local places on the street behind the hotel).

Unstable electricity
I know some people say that electricity is not always stable in Myanmar. However, during my stay for 3 nights, air con and lights were on and off starting from 10pm and even in the morning. I called the hotel staff and they said that was the same for the whole hotel. They said they would fix it on the first night, but it was the same for the remaining nights. You will also smell strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Maybe the hotel is not really ready to be in full operation. Staff are very nice, they always smile and try to help. Most staff can only speak minimal English. There was a manager who can speak good English, however she is only available from 9 to 5:30, which most tourists are out for travelling. Location was good, in city centre. Buffet breakfast was good too.

호텔에 짧게 머물렀지만, 정말 깔끔하고 편안한 여행을 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 특히 밍군/우베인 브릿지 근교 투어를 신청해야 했는데 호텔에서 정말 친절하게 알아봐주었어요. 다음날 새벽 만달레이 국제공항으로 가는 택시도 완벽하게 예약해주어 편하게 이동했습니다. 즐거운 여행이었어요 :)

マンダレー空港から車で約一時間。ホテルからの観光は車をチャーターしないと動けないです。ホテルから徒歩約5分に大きなスーパーがあり便利。バスタブ付きを予約したので快適に過ごせました。
